What is oz ERM !!!
ozNotes.NET's oz ERM ( Entity Relationship Manager ) is a Suite of 7 Databases that conform to the ITIL V3 framework.
The Service Desk ( HUB ) in a nutshell is a Help Desk, you create Companies, Contacts, Employees or Issues documents in
the Entities database or Audit Devices and Software in the Configuration Management database, you then raise an Incident ( ticket ) against
those documents in the Service Desk ( HUB ) database.
It allows you to log Incoming or Outgoing - Phone Calls, Faxs, Emails or Personal visits as Incidents ( tickets ).

You then track the activites that are required to resolve the incident for the Company, Contact, Device, Employee, Software or Issue.

This update will include the changes required to 'map' a organisations hierarchy. So you will be
able to specify levels like department, office, business unit etc. for each employee.

This update will allow oz ERM Employees to be automatically updated from changes
to the Person documents in the Address Book via our database monitoring tool oz dbMon.
All bubble help 'literals' of the options on the action bar are now user definable for the HUB ( Service Desk), Entities and Configuration Manager ( Device ) databases.

This update will allow oz dbMon to monitor Person documents for changes to the Person. You
can specify a view in a database that will be searched first & if the field is found the person document will not be copied to the linked database.

Add the facility to report on the domains of all outbound emails.

Add the ability to log Incoming or Outgoing 'Tickets' for a Network Device from the
Configuration Management (Devices) database.
4th August 2008 - Update oz ERM
Update allows the bulk emailing to selected Contacts in the Entities Database.
The contacts comments field is updated with the details of each sent email.
24th July 2008 - Update of oz dbMon
Updated oz dbMon Domino server addin to monitor 'Sent' emails which are copied to dbMon.
Created views so that 'Sent' emails can be searched for easily.
19th July 2008 - Update of oz dbMon
Changes to the dbMon database for easier searching of 'Deleted' copied documents.
Updated view Database Monitoring so that first column is categorised on Enabled or Disable for Monitoring and updated user
interface of Database Monitoring view so that 'Selected' multiple documents can be Enabled or Disable for Monitoring.
14th July 2008 - Release of oz dbMon
Allows you to 'hot' restore documents that are deleted from databases that the server addin task
is monitoring. The documents are copied just before they are deleted and detail the date/time deleted as well as who deleted the document.
